We take our responsibility to staff welfare with the utmost seriousness, and our record is excellent.
As part of our ongoing staff training all of our employees are issued with contracts which state our health and safety procedures and a detailed checklist on how to prevent accidents and injuries in the work place.
Our team are personally vetted by SC Clean and are mainly employed via recommendation. All staff have UK working permits and national insurance numbers. Our staff are CRB checked and are overseen by our areas managers to ensure that all SC Clean and our clients procedures are adhered too. All our Health and Safety procedures are audited by many of our existing clients who would be more than happy to share our results.
